A water based emulsion sealer for use on old, worn or porous, lino or thermoplastic floors. Provides a base for emulsion floor polishes. Our Acrylic floor primer can be used on new flooring but is especially effective on older worn out floors. Polymers penetrate the surface creating a sound foundation to achieve the best results from the application of floor polish. pH 7.6. 5 Litre
